Animind Support
Animind is a pet-card creation app that turns pet photos into collectible AI cards, supports one-time treat purchases, card restyling, generated images, and generated pet character chat.

Purchases and Treats
Animind uses one-time consumable treat packs. Animind does not currently sell subscriptions. Treats can be used for app features such as card generation, card restyling, image generation, and card chat. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and validated through RevenueCat.
If a purchase succeeds but treats do not appear:
- Open Animind.
- Sign in with the same Apple or Google account used for the purchase.
- Go to the treat shop.
- Tap Restore / sync purchases.
- If the balance still does not update, contact support with your purchase details.
Refunds
Apple and Google handle store payment refunds directly. If a refund is approved by the store, Animind may remove the corresponding treats from the account balance.

AI Generation
Animind sends selected animal images, prompts, and related context to AI services to create cards, generated images, and chat replies. Generated content may be saved to your Animind account and synced through Firebase services where the app supports cloud restore.
