Delete your Animind account

You can delete your account directly in the Animind app from Profile > Account & data > Delete account. This starts account deletion in-app and removes your Animind account and associated cloud data.

If you no longer have access to the app, contact support and include enough information to identify the account.

Data deleted

In-app account deletion deletes or anonymizes account data associated with your Animind account where technically and legally possible. This includes your Animind account profile, avatar, uploaded profile image, generated cards, generated images, chat records stored in Animind cloud services, survey responses, rate-limit state, and related Firebase Storage files.

Data kept when required

Some records may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, security, chargeback handling, tax, accounting, legal compliance, platform compliance, or dispute resolution. This may include purchase records, transaction logs, economy ledgers, refund records, security logs, support correspondence, and records required by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Firebase, Google Cloud, or payment platforms.

Timing

In-app account deletion normally completes immediately after confirmation, subject to network availability. Manual support requests are normally reviewed and completed within 30 days after we receive enough information to identify the account. Records retained for required legal, accounting, platform, security, or fraud-prevention reasons may be kept for the required retention period, generally up to 7 years where applicable.

Local device data

In-app account deletion also clears Animind card and generated-image caches for that account on the device where deletion is performed. Data stored only on other devices may remain on those devices until you clear app data or uninstall the app there.
